Development of leaders comes through mentoring as well as education. The vision we have is to train leaders who will go out and reach their communities, their states, and their nations. The Greek method of study focuses on academics and learning, which is essential. In addition, the Hebrew model is one of coming alongside, teaching and mentoring. We provide a mentoring program that will train men, women, and youth who desire to develop into the person God has called them to be.

We encourage mentoring and education through relationships. Relationships are built through investing in each other’s ministry gifts. The apostle’s gift is the ability to bring people from all over the world together. Leaders for Christ is a by-product of people bonding.

LEADERS FOR CHRIST TRAINING CENTER
During the first five trimesters of study, students will track the things God is doing through the process of their education in several ways:

HOMEWORK 

Done for class sessions, this will help you integrate the teachings into your own life and character.

Each year, we provide seminars on a variety of topics that serve to equip and train individuals in various Biblical principles that will help them grow in their walk with their Lord.

These seminars are taught by one of the pastors at Bay Valley Christian Church.  

Call of Leadership – focusing on leading by influence and character
Evangelism – practical training on how to lead others to Christ
Homiletics – effectively communicating from God’s Word
Honor Thy Sons – mentoring healthy spiritual children
Art of Communication – building skills and confidence in public communication
Long Live the King – understanding the role as a son of the King

As the opportunities arise, individuals can apply to travel with our pastoral staff to various locations to be trained in hands-on ministry.
