Apostolic Teams

Leaders for Christ is a collaboration of ministries designed to train, strengthen, and encourage pastors and leaders around the world. It is our belief that as the local pastors and leaders are strengthened and encouraged, they are able to go out and reach their community and nation with the good news of Jesus Christ.

So how do we accomplish this great goal of changing our world? First, we begin by changing the lives of leaders. The only way to transform the human heart is through the Word of God. As Zechariah 4:6 tells us, “Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the LORD of hosts.” By studying and growing in knowledge and understanding of God’s Word, we are changed into people of authority and influence for His Kingdom.

Secondly, we change the church. Leaders need to change from a protecting ground mentality to a taking new ground mentality. Leaders do not preside over a church, they energize, empower, and unleash a church.

Once these first two components are in place, the third– our world being changed– will happen in response. We will be “the light of the world. A city on a hill [that] cannot be hidden” (Mathew 5:14). Changing our world, will not happen automatically. It will require Christians bringing the power of the gospel into where they work, live, and the neediest areas of the community. The world changes one block at a time, one community at a time. Leaders for Christ Ministries are making that a reality.
